  The delivery guys are always ready to help you. The latest one I met came ready to help me before I asked. He clearly thinks ahead.

  Always being over charged and so fed up with arriving home to find that we have been charged twice for one product. It is so much trouble for us to go back that we usually don't bother but today we checked our shopping bill before leaving Rockingham centre and we had been over charged $79 ! We then spent 20 minutes while the staff sorted out the problem and paid us back ...no apology...and by then it was late and we were very annoyed...at least we saw the mistake before we got home. Recommended you keep a careful eye on the checkout, check your bill before you get home and don't expect more than a basic apology when they get it wrong having kept you waiting and generally inconvenience you.

  love the customer service here and i enjoy spending my money here also. todd the young manager is doing great there dealing with customers like my self and always professional and curtious thanks again and seeya soon to spend more money at rocko with the crew

  Had the worst shopping experience here. Older women overseeing the self serve check-out was so incredibly rude and judgemental, she reduced me to tears. The only saving grace was that the store manager was understanding when I spoke to him about it and agreed it was atrocious behaviour from anyone let alone someone in a customer service position.

  This is another of our go to places. Always too many customers when we are in to notice how other workers are but so far no bad encounters with the people at checkout. Always looks pretty clean and I like the changes they made to the look and layout a few months ago
