  To the lady at the counter yesterday - saying a nice “you’re welcome” “see you later” or “have a good day” would be better than just pushing my things over to me and resuming the conversation that I must’ve interrupted with your co-worker. Also, come up with something better than “they’re the same thing” when asked the difference between Panadol and ibuprofen.

  Despite being a very busy business, I was treated with the utmost care and attentiveness by the staff at this pharmacy. The friendly staff are highly experienced and you will not find better standard of service in Rockingham. Will be recommending to my friends.

  I took a prescription into Terry Whites Rockingham today.
  It was a repeat script. I was pretty shocked when the lady said, that’s $18.99 please.
  I told her, I had it filled last week at Terry Whites Waikiki for $6.80 so I wanted it price matched.
  She said - We can’t do that sorry.
  So I replied, well either price match it, or give me back my script, and I’ll get it filled in Waikiki.
  
  She then went over and spoke to I presume it was the manageress, who came over, and said they couldn’t do it.
  I asked for my script back, and then it was awkward. She looked it up on the computer, and said the best we can do is $8.50.
  
  $6.80 in Waikiki, compared to $18.99 in Rockingham.
  For the exact, same thing.
  
  I paid the $8.50 because it was a hassle and people were waiting for me.
  
  I told the staff member, I will not be returning there again.
  I’m not impressed. How can you justify the price difference?

  Purchased some medications here the other week. The pharmacist was very helpful in recommending products and seemed to have my health and best interests in mind. Fast service is a plus, will be returning.
