Highly recommend this store and , very thankful to the lady for her help.

Rockingham store. On another occasion I also witnessed that particular staff member speak rudely to another staff member and two other customers. She would benefit from customer service training. I contacted head office but have had no response. I will not buy from that store again. If that staff member does not assisting customers, she should find another profession. - Larissa Ball Added January 26, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My mother and I went on the 5th August and the customer service by the lady who works there was absolutely appalling! She didn't look professional whatsoever, sunglasses on her head, phone in her hand and absolute awful service, having an attitude towards customers asking questions, didn't want to deal with my mums refunded credit as she couldn't figure it out and just didn't care at all, then had an attitude when my mother didn't want the products anymore because she was wanting to use her refunded store credit to buy products but couldn't, shop at Baldivis rivers instead, much better! The lady who works at Rockingham needs to learn customer service and how to be nice to be people for a start.
