  Tim and Anna are some of the most caring, dedicated people I've ever met. After moving out of the area for many years, they still remembered us by name and always do their utmost to do the right thing by everyone. I've witnessed them being abused in this chemist for just that reason, on more than one occasion. For the small window of time between Codeine being monitored, and it coming off the shelves, they did use a notebook to record details, but a name and number only, which doesn't compromise safety, and was a temporary measure before Codeine became script-only medication, and is monitored securely the same as all other scripts.
  You should not boycott this beautifully friendly pharmacist because of one person who had a bad experience with a totally different chemists' compromised security procedures! Ignore that one star review!

  Anna and Tim are wonderful people. They are not only helpful but kind and respectful. They always help out with all your needs and they have excellent communication skills.

  Horrible staff member! Tim Bartlett or whoever was very rude and unhelpful. Didn’t want to listen or even help. Why bother work at a pharmacy if you won’t help patients ?

  Today I went into the store after leaving hospital to pick up a binder (corset). We were told they had them in the store after my nurse called the day before. When I arrived the woman behind the counter was extremely flustered and agitated and told me they didn’t have them. She then told me I wouldn’t be able to get any as chemist don’t stock them. I was clearly stressed and upset as it was the first time I was on my feet for more than two minutes from my surgery. I felt awful and ended up in tears. I didn’t even want to get my script filled because I wanted to leave but she had my script in her hand. I get people have bad days but it could have been handled much better.
  I ended up ringing my local chemist they went above and beyond to help me. I won’t be going back to this chemist again.
