Well, we were told to come back in 1.5hrs for the manager to get back. Like, seriously, we were signing up for a credit card and no-one could help us. USELESS!!! So we ended up signing up with Anz. Hopefully the staff at Bankwest get sacked soon!

Had been dealing with business banking on the phone and helpline and also at Mandurah branch only to get a bunch of pen pushers who didn't have any regard for solutions or customer service. UNTIL we walked into Rockingham. What was conveyed to me prior as a massive issue that really wasn't solvable, turned into a SIMPLE and streamlined process that was sorted within 30 mins. Thankyou guys, We really are grateful for your amazing service!!

Two hour wait times to get anyone on the phone.
Their messaging service is even worse, when you finally get someone to reply it will be 20-30 minute between replies only for them to advise you that you need to call bank west to resolve the issue and no they won’t call you nor can you request a call.
Good luck with the bank, they have blamed everything on Covid and continued to charge massive fees.
