  AKT Kitchens and Bathroom renovations would have to be the most unprofessional and worst company I have ever dealt with. I really wish I saw the previous reviews below as it would have saved a lot of wasted money getting someone else in to fix all their mistakes and incompetence.
  
  My review would be the same as the previous ones but x10 worse if that is possible. Tom and his associates are absolute scammers and will sign you up as fast as they can getting your credit card details. Once they have your credit card details you have to chase him up to do anything. I waited weeks for a skip bin to turn up with him saying "Its been booked" blaming everyone but themselves. When the bin needed to go I had to call the company myself to get it removed. I felt I was the project manager as they don't have any Project managers.
  
  I could go on and on and continue from the previous reviews but it would be here for hours. In the end I was waiting months to get them to return to fix their substandard work... which they never did. They will take money from your account and ignore your calls. The Kitchen was substandard and you will find better kitchens at IKEA or even bunnings at half the price... I would recommend anyone looking for for a Kitchen or bathroom renovation to go to IKEA or a showroom and find a decent tradesman who you can deal with personally to put it in.
  
  I would not recommend AKT Kitchens to my worst enemy. I have attached some photos as when I had to get a different carpenter to fix all their mistakes they told me that their simplest cabinetry work looks like it was done by a 5 year old. Do not trust this company of scammers.

  Well my advice to all would be definitely don't use AKT for your kitchen. We had our kitchen installed in 2013. Yes project management and communication through our kitchen install was not great however our major problems with AKT started 6 months after the install. The granite benches showed major cracks and the joins started to come apart. AKT admitted that there was a faulty batch of engineered granite supplied by the manufacturer and installed at that time and they would be replacing the benchtops over the coming months and had quite a few in the same boat - well months turned into years and after constant calls and emails by us to AKT we have now last month been told that they don't have the money to replace them and will probably be closing down. So we are left with cracked benches and up for thousands of $ to replace them ourselves.
