  My experience at Rosendorff has always been stellar. Rosendorff has since become my mum and I’s go-to jewellers. Our every visit has been welcomed warmly, especially by the lovely Janet, who never fails to show us their vast selection of jewellery that amazes us every single time. I feel confident buying my jewellery from Rosendorff because the pieces/stones are hand-picked and the sales associates really know their facts, so they’re able to answer all our questions regarding specifics of all the items we’re interested in, which gives me a lot of assurance that I’m purchasing a truly a one of a kind, piece of art!
  I will always come back to Rosendorff even as I get old because I am truly amazed by their selection and customer-service! Thanks again to Janet and the team for always giving us an amazing experience!!!

  I bought a tennis bracelet unseen and the sales assistant was extremely helpful with pics and options. Recently (6 months later) I had a chance to visit their store so bought the bracelet for a clean. The lady noticed how loose it was on me and recommended me to take some links off. To my surprised this was all free of charge including the postage back to Sydney.
  Aftercare service is always lacking but the team at Rosendorff excelled at that. Definitely will be looking at more jewellery down the track from them.

  Massive thank you to Jess who has been beyond professional helpful and patient with my purchase from interstate. My experience with Rosendorff Perth is so wonderful and positive. The high quality and beautiful selection totally blew me away. The order was placed in late Wed afternoon and I received mine by midday Friday (with the request of resizing). I will definitely be back! Thank you once again Jess for all your help and recommendations :)
