Vickie and Tim not only understand what business they are in, they also have Hearts of Gold. The other business in town was bothered by me asking for the most basic customer service. Please, trust your business to Vickie and Tim at Safe-n-Sound. Vickie, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness during my toughest hours. You are my Angel. Bless you, Rand.

I cannot remember her name but when we returned the vehicle she did not want to get off the phone, we just needed to let her know we didnt use all the miles we said when we rented the uhaul.

- Veronica Added April 13, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The lady who's works there is so rude! She yells at everyone! She yelled at my son one day for walking on the sidewalk and yesterday she yelled a a customer leaving the storage unit. I don't know what her issue is but she seems very angry.
